RampPlan

Privacy policy

RampPlan is published by Common Sense Logic. It does not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, payment details, plans, or imported imagery. Plans, downloaded maps, preferences, and imported imagery stay on your device unless you export them.

Subscription verification

RampPlan Pro sends a publisher-scoped Microsoft Store Collections ID to Common Sense Logic's service to verify your subscription. The service checks it with Microsoft Store but does not retain it. A one-way hash is used only in a short-lived map-access token.

Azure Maps

Azure Maps requests pass through the RampPlan service. The service receives the tile coordinates and zoom level needed for the aerodrome you view, but does not use device geolocation or retain these requests. Microsoft Azure may process ordinary network and diagnostic information to provide and secure the service.

Free map sources

OpenStreetMap and U.S. Geological Survey services receive the map coordinates and ordinary network information needed to deliver the layers you select. RampPlan does not send them your plan contents, imported imagery, Microsoft account name, or email address.

Aircraft registration lookup

If you search by tail number, RampPlan sends it to the free ADSBDB community service. It uses the aircraft type, manufacturer, registration, and country to find a dimensional template, and does not display or retain owner, operator, transponder, or photo data.

Microsoft Store

Microsoft processes Store purchases, installations, updates, and related diagnostics under its own privacy terms. Common Sense Logic does not receive your payment-card details.

Sharing and advertising

Common Sense Logic does not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Data is shared with Microsoft, Azure Maps, USGS, the selected OpenStreetMap provider, or ADSBDB only when needed for a feature you choose.

Your controls and policy changes

You can remove stored plans, downloaded imagery, and preferences from your device. We will update the effective date above before changing how RampPlan collects or uses data.
